Finally the Amsterdam Police are making some arrests of those individuals putting up graffiti all over the place. You can not go down a city street without seeing this CRAP all over the place. It looks disgusting. Those individuals responsible should be sentenced to community service. The community service should involve those individuals cleaning the graffiti up. I think that would be a great sentincing for those involved.
